Distribution agreement

Ospray Ltd. exclusive distributor of Arysta LifeScience crop protection products.

Arysta LifeScience and Cheminova are pleased to announce they have reached an agreement by which Ospray Pty Ltd, part of the Cheminova group based in Australia, will be the exclusive distributor of the Arysta LifeScience portfolio of crop protection products in Australia and New Zealand.

This agreement covers established and well-known products such as the herbicide Select® and products that are still in the development stage. As part of the agreement many of the products will be formulated at the Cheminova Pty Ltd formulation site in Wyong, New South Wales.

"This agreement demonstrates the strong market access and market position that our subsidiary Ospray has established in the Australian market. The strengthened portfolio available to Ospray will enable us to become an even stronger supplier to our distribution partners and the farming community at large," comments Martin Petersen, Regional President for Cheminova's activities in Australia, New Zealand, the US and Canada.

Bill Lewis, Regional President in Arysta LifeScience for the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, states: "We are pleased to have reached this agreement with Cheminova. It will ensure that the well-established range of Arysta LifeScience products as well as new development compounds in our portfolio will be readily and broadly available to the farming community in this geography. Ospray's nationwide sales team and strong product stewardship activities in addition to Cheminova's state-of-the-art formulation facility make this a win-win situation."
