Straight Formulations
These products are aimed at farmers who are mainly interested in protection against the two major diseases affecting the seed, namely bunt (Tilletia caries) and smuts (Ustilago spp.). Some control of Fusarium spp., Septoria and barley leaf stripe (pyrenophora graminea) is also achieved.
Vincit® is available as a 25 g/l and a 50 g/l flutriafol formulation.
Mixture Formulations
• With thiabendazole (Vincit F®)
The addition of thiabendazole provides extra control of Fusarium and Septoria. Vincit F® is today a widely used seed treatment product in a number of countries.
Vincit F® is available as a 25 g/l flutriafol + 25 g/l thiabendazole SC formulation.
• With thiabendazole and imazalil (Vincit FS®)
The addition of thiabendazole provides extra control of Fusarium and Septoria, whereas imazalil improves the spectrum against Pyrenophora spp. in barley.
Vincit FS® is available as a 37.5 g/l flutriafol + 25 g/l thiabendazole + 15 g/l imazalil SC formulation.
