In 1987, imazethapyr was launched for the control of broad-leaved weeds and grasses, mainly in soybeans. The active ingredient quickly became an important herbicide in regions with intensive soybean production, pre-dominantly in North and Latin America.
Cheminova has launched a WG formulation in Brazil through our local subsidiary. Cheminova’s subsidiaries in Argentina and India have both launched a SL formulation. DinamazTM is the global trade name for Cheminova’s imazethapyr based formulations.
