It is a very independent and challenging job

I supervise a part of our production plants. So the work days are varied and exciting. I am responsible for the large production plants but at the same time I am responsible for both large and small projects. Just now we are for instance trying to find a smart method to re-use a by-product from the production. I constantly gain new experience - and I am not through with learning at all.
